Giripremi’s senior mountaineer Jitendra Gaware receives Maharashtra’s most prestigious adventure sports award – Shivchhatrapati Award.
Jitendra has been an epitome of mountain climbing as within just five years span, he has scaled world’s six 8000er mountains including – Kangchenjunga, Annapurna I, Everest, Lhotse, Manaslu, and Dhaulagiri.
At the age of 39 he embarked on a mountaineering journey and hats off to his incredible dedication and passion that he made ascents to the most challenging mountains in 8000ers list.
Giripremi is proud to have a talented mountaineer like him and are even prouder to knw that he receives such prestigious award.
After Umesh Zirpe and Ashish Mane, Jitendra is the third Giripremi member to receive this award. Many Congratulations to Jitendra!
